Use our service responsibly. Don't abuse it, don't try to hack it, and don't use it for anything illegal. We provide the service "as is" and reserve the right to modify or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By accessing or using WhoPrompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity ("Customer"), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its internal business purposes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The Service, including software, algorithms, and UI/UX, is owned by WhoPrompt. You receive a limited license to use it solely for the duration of your subscription.
Customer retains all rights to its database data and query results ("Customer Data"). We claim no ownership. You grant us a limited license to access databases on your behalf and use anonymized query patterns to improve our AI models.
Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, but in no event less than reasonable care. "Confidential Information" includes Customer Data and our non-public technical or business information.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
